    Oh yes it does. I promise you won't for a second regret the switch!
    As for turbo....
    With the intake mods and 100 over nozzles it's not big enough since its a 300 frame. Your now in the land of the S400's (like me LOL) granted whoever you decide to get your efi thru might be able to calm it down enough to still give you the power you want, and keep egts in check without a turbo/manifold swap

    You can do it yourself, BUT, to start there is a lot of trial and error. It might be more cost effective to start with having someone write you a solid tune then down the road try your hand at it. Or if your adventurous and comfortable with your understanding of the Cummins workings give it a try and see what happens.
