they refunded, and I was able to submit a repair note, which I went down the road to a friend with a shop and had him write up a reciept for a few hours work a filter and a few other small disposable parts. I was told I can expect that compensated also. 2 or 3 other guys complaining too. steve, I had 1 filter sitting here next to my oil filter. I would have changed the oil today if it weren't almost 0
