    He's running a power stroke intercooler, it's bigger then the second gen, so he will be fine, but his ac is needing some work (orifice) Comes to mind very quickly when not performing correctly with proper level of refrigerant

    Yeah He did a great job on that truck. . . I discussed that with him. He found a valve leaking and recharged, But it's intermittent. I suggested raising the pressure some

    Don't do that, if the pressure is raised the compressors life will shorten because it's working harder

    Take the time and look at 134a charts, extra pressure is not a good thing for compressors

    i know that. i also know what can be gotten away with. If we pushed it to 10 PSI, then it's an issue. 5 on the low side is 10 on the high side

    Do you know how a ac system works? You can't just put 10psi in one side and 5 in the other
