So I have a smarty s-06 Pod for my 07 5.9 It fried itself in the middle of changing tunes and now my truck won't start. Is there any way I can set my ECM back to stock without taking it to a shop?

You can't. Toast now. Find a used one that matches your truck specs

It depends on what stage it was in. There's a guy out in Colorado with an 08 that happened too. they couldn't fix it. Maybe it was the tech.
