    I'm unsure how to test the wiring for bad ground somewhere, but it's all the factory wiring harness, so I am unsure how that could be a problem.
    I recommend directly checking for audio output with a known good speaker at the amplifier.

    Attached is the electrical diagram for my 2014 Premium Audio System; hopefully, yours is the same.

    The two front door speakers come from the amplifier C2 connector on the driver-side dash.

    See attached diagram and amplifier location.

    I would disconnect the C2 connector and hook the speaker to the amplifier side to eliminate a possible grounded, shorted, or open wire on the harness side.
