    USB Not Working - HELP!

Has anyone experienced the media hub USB port not working?

My 2015 Laramie won't play anything from the media hub inside the console.

I replaced the hub itself, but still nothing.

I pulled the head unit and checked to ensure everything was plugged in; everything looked good.

Possibly, the harness itself is bad.

    Any help is appreciated!

Check the 10 amp fuse #F67.

There is also a connection under the driver's se t.

    See the attached inf mation.

I can also send the USB harness connector pinout if needed.

    Thanks for the info!

I forgot to mention I did check the fuse.

What is the under-seat connector for?

What should I look for there?

The connector under the driver’s seat connects the Media Port to the Radio.

Check for loose connection, corrosion, water or liquid intrusion, or physical damage.

With this connector unplugged, you can also ohm out the harness to the radio and the Media Port with the other ends disconnected.

Okay, I just went out and checked that connector, pulled it apart, and everything looks good.

I'm not an electrical guy, so I might have to pass this on to someone else.

    I appreciate all your help!
