2008 Dodge RAM 3500 SRW - Blowing White Smoke?

The truck is blowing white smoke after changing injectors.

Cylinders 3 and 4 were bad; the radiator was low on coolant, and the overflow was full.

It has a loss of power.

I think it blew a head, but I'm not sure.

    Welcome to the family, bud!

Check the dipstick for a milky residue, the same goes for under the oil cap.

Quick free test to see for possible signs.

    Welcome!

You may want to perform a combustion block test to check for head gasket failure.
