I have many codes that keep popping up that have to do with high or low-voltage sensors.
Is there a common ground that would give me this, or could my alternator go bad because of it?

Bad batteries will cause a bunch of codes to pop up.
I would get them load tested, and if one is bad, buy two simultaneously.
If the batteries are good, you might check all the connections off the batteries for corrosion and loose connections.

This includes the cables on the batteries and frame.
