Tailgate Not Locking?

The tailgate actuator got stuck again, so I assume it needs to be replaced. I should do it now before it gets stuck in a locked position or something else.

I have tracked down the replacement to part 68093354AD, but it seems to be the entire control module assembly instead of just the actuator.

At the same time, it appears the actuator separates from the assembly.

Is there a part # just for the actuator, or does it need to all be replaced as one?

I believe it’s only available as an assembly, but reasonably priced at $86.
