    Trac Bars?

    What’s up, everyone?

I am looking into a set of Trac bars for my 4th Gen 3500.

    Any recommendations?

    I’m thinking bolt-on.

I don’t want to start grips ding and welding.

I live in the northeast with too much salt.

I’ve been looking at the BDS recoil, but I have read a few noise complaints.

    Is anyone running them?

    Thanks,
    Mike Ace

    I have the recoil bars.

They don't bind at all with my Thuren setup.

They take a little maintenance, and I have had to replace an oring.

I haven't noticed any noise whatsoever.

    Re: Trac Bars?

    Thank you for the info.

I don’t do much off-roading with the truck, but I have been in some sticky situations while plowing my driveway.

A standard bar may limit my suspension travel a little too much.

Also, the truck is at stock ride height.

My 5th wheel sits at 13-6” loaded as it is.

So, I don’t see a lift in my future.
