So far, I’ve seen no mention of the turbo actuator.
What is a tale sign of that being the issue?

With the turbo actuator, you will normally get trouble codes.
Monitor VGT actual vs. desired to verify.
The most common sign is a lack of boost.

I have the DRD warp tunes with the MM3.
Will the MM3 allow me to run the said test?
Yes, you can select the PIDs and monitor them on screen.
The best and safest way is to record them on the MM3, export the data to software like Excel, and graph the results.

Good to know; I will get back with the results later.
The MM3 doesn't give the needed information unless I look at it wrongly.
I'm sure my system is outdated.
Someone needs to lead this donkey to the water!
From the gauge screen, touch the screen, select "PID Config," touch the gauge you want to configure, press "Change," scroll down to "Pressure," touch "Pressure," press down arrows to page 3/3 for "Rail Pressure Desired."
Select a different gauge and repeat the process for "Rail Pressure Actual."
The VGT Turbo Position Actual and Desired can be found under the "Percentage" menu on page 5/5.

OK, Bob.
Desired 27,000.
Actual 15,000.
I didn't check VGT because I was reluctant to find the rail pressure, LOL, so I ran with it.
Well, now you know the problem is with the high-pressure fuel supply.
I would replace the FCA with a genuine Bosch.
When you remove the FCA, check for any metal particles.
Hopefully, it's not the CP3 pump.
