    Declining Fuel Mileage?

    2018 3500 120k miles.

These are typical performance mods that most of us here have.

Stage 2 trans from Inglewood transmission 35’s & 3:42 gears

The air filter isn’t dirty; the fuel filters changed, and there was no remedy.

I have been using fuel as if it’s a gas truck driving to and from work over the last week or so.

Would valve lash bring out of tolerance cause a drop in fuel economy?

Have exhausted all simple fixes that usually lead to a decline in MPG.

What boost pressures are you seeing?

A boost leak will hinder MPG.

There is also higher EGT, depending on the size of the leak.

II 60HP STICKS, II 33% CP3, II S464 2ND GEN SWAP, FASS 165 TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES, AFE INTAKE HORN, S&B FILTER, 5" TURBO BACK, ALPHAREX HEAD LIGHTS, 38X13.5X20 RAZOR M/T, MOTO METAL RIMS, 6" LA LIFT KIT, COMPLET MM3 KIT, BUILT TRANSMISSION, 6 BOLT REDHEAD STEERING BOX

    Declining Fuel Mileage

I'm seeing normal boost pressure, up to 32-38.

I adjusted valves yesterday afternoon, and the truck appears to be running considerably better than it has in a while.

It wasn't super complicated, just a messy pain in the butt.
