Icon 4.5 Inch Front Coil Springs?

Is anyone running icon 4.5-inch cool springs on the front on a 14 and up truck?

I didn't realize they were side-specific, so I had them powder-coated.

They were labeled passenger and driver side, but I overlooked them.

I can't seem to find pictures on the web.

I'm just trying to find out who has them so I can see which side they go on since they are both different.
