I have a buddy that owns a body shop, and he tinted my tails and third brake light last week.
I think they turned out pretty good!
I didn't want to spend the money on the LED tails, but I did upgrade the bulbs to LED and added the Putco Blade LED bar under the tailgate.
He painted with several coats of black and clear, and it does not have that ugly purplish tint like nightshades.
