Gotta hold of the CO truck and it's looking real good.

    98
    125k miles
    No mods ever
    First owner was a Sheriff
    Second owner is a Ranger
    Extended cab
    4x4
    5 speed
Just did 25 pt inspection at dodge dealership and came up good
Only things they noted: serpentine belt has some cracks, heater only goes to 140..
    No tears in seats
    No cracks in dash
front fenders have some bubbles from rust but are barely visible
List price 16k but said can deduct 500 or so for fenders

    This looks promising

She's going to get me the VIN soon so I can autocheck it but says it's never had any accidents

Good to know. I'm putting my badge on my uniform to transport or I guess escort a fellow navy recruiter to local authorities back on the west end. So unfortunately I can't take any side trips this go round

Today when I get the time I am going to update the original post with the possible trucks and their info. It'll just be easier for those interested to check on. MODS, what's with this picture quota? I can't post any pictures anymore.
    What do you mean quota?

When I try to attach a photo I get a pop up with this message: "truck.jpg: Exceeds your quota by 36.1 KB. <a href="misc.php?do=attachments" target="_blank">Click here to view your attachments</a>"

It is not always 36.1 KB, it varies dependent on the size of the picture I'm attempting to upload. They are normal sized photos. I googled the problem and found a discussion on another forum that there is a setting for a quota of pictures a user can upload based on the amount of posts they have. On the other forum this was determined by the mods. Not sure if it works the same here.

Let me know when you do. I will most likely be making arrangements tonight to meet up with owner this upcoming week. The truck runs perfectly.

It could use: valve cover gasket, new serpentine belt, and POSSIBLY A 2-3 gear synchro. Not big deals

    Read that Ziggy

I went over the pictures. It actually looks pretty good. The rust on the left front appears to be on the surface, but I would take the fender off. That will need immediate attention before it get's beyond saving. If it's isn't already. . . . Can't tell

Ask when the ball joints, CV joints, steering was serviced. Meaning were they ever replaced.

It's usually more than just a syncro.

Kind of hard to tell in those pictures. It looks like it's in good shape over all. But we need to know what it needs or will need soon. Steering, Calipers and brakes, BRAKE LINES, brake Hoses should be done. They're more than 10 years old.

I'd have to see it to tear it apart. It doesn't look abused. . .

There is 2 other people I'd like to see those pictures. Wildman in Colorado, and @Canadiandiesel See if you can get their email addys
