5" Flo Pro installed yesterday

So I finally had some semi-warm weather to install my new 5" Flo Pro straight pipe and remove the 4" Flo Pro w/muffler. It sounds good, seems almost too quiet with the FTE Diesel Resonator I put in just before the axle hump. I'm getting a lot of vibration at idle with the 5" and when coming to a stop. Is this because the there's no flex pipe section like the stock down pipe had with my 4" exhaust?

I can't hear my turbo at all anymore either and thinking that because the resonator is so far back just before the axle hump I've lost my turbo spool and growl of the engine.

Flex pipe fixed my vibration problems on the 5” exhaust. Kit didn’t come with one but I picked one up from Napa for pretty cheap and put it at the end of the down pipe.

So how much did you cut off the down pipe to put the flex in? I was almost considering putting the stick 4" down pipe back on and attaching it to the 5" straight. I'm thinking just screw the resonator and put back in the straight pipe section.

I think it was about a 12” section. It made a huge difference in vibration, exhaust tone, etc.

I have the 5" Flo Pro with muffler. No vibes. I re aligned the dp, fixed the rubber hanger positions then over tightened the clamps. Some guys weld a hanger by the dp. I noticed a lot of flexing in that area when under my truck while it was running.

Mine vibrated and flexed enough to bust a weld on one of the hangers. Could have been manufacturing defect too but who knows. Pipe was warranties and flex pipe absorbed all the wiggles and vibrations

So I've been running the 5" Flo-Pro with the FTE Resonator for almost 2 weeks now, the vibrations and idle and low speed went away and sorted themselves out. I feel like I have no turbo, I can't hear any turbo spool at all, is this because of the resonator, was thinking of putting a muffler on it like I had on my 4" Flopro which I could hear is spool all day. I can't hear it with the exhaust brake on and high idle in the morning either when she's warming up.
