Damn P0775 code keeps coming back.

Hey guys new to the forum, loving all the info on here. Having an issue with my new to me 2012 ram 3500 6.7. Bought it 3 weeks ago and has been driving like a champ until now. Scanned the computer and found a p0775 code, also when the light came on it went into limp mode and was a slug until I cycled the ignition off/on and CEL stays on but shifts fine now. So, I cleared and and was off for 3 days now its back on??? Hoping its something stupid and easy. I love this truck! Any help is appreciated.

Haha i was hoping that was my issue. Looks like p0775 is a transmission code. Correct me if im wrong P0775 2c Solenoid circuit??

Welcome! That code could also mean low or dirty oil. Check your oil level and appearance first. Do you know if the tranny has ever been serviced? If not, use only full synthetic ATF+4 and Mopar filters. Do yourself a favor and install a drain valve next time you drop the pan... your face, hands, arms and garage floor will thank you. LOL.

Ill check it once i'm done with work. Seems like a good place to start. Seems like its always random after a little driving. Doesnt seem to matter what temp the transmission is at also. Will report back with condition and level of fluid. Thanks guys!
