My OEM front brake pads started squeaking at 4k miles, I went with wagner severe duty brake pads and they haven't made a sound for 25k miles.

I had over 100k on my '12 and still had the original brake pads on when I traded it.
To be shot at 33k seems awful early.
Do you do a lot of city driving or tow alot without the exhaust brake on?

I do drive a lot but I am so used to doing my brake pads about 20 30,000 miles.

If you use your exhaust brake all the time you will be surprised how much meat you have left on the pads at 30,000.
I have 72,000 on mine and the pads still look almost new.
