Can someone explain the trans relearn I need to do?
Or does the tuner take care of that?
TIA

This procedure from Revmax is a good guide.

No other procedure is necessary to discuss.

If you change valve body or rebuild transmission you need to do a quick learn with a scanner before drive learn.

I can't get the link to work.
Is it just me?

Same here. Can’t get it to work.
I thought it was one or the other but it’s both?
Just put revmax vb in so I gotta find a scan tool to do quick learn then I got a baby it around also to relearn?
I just ordered my upgraded tunes from DRD this morning for the line pressure for new vb.
I'm in the same boat as you.
I have the Revmax VB and new solenoid pack sitting in the floor and was gonna install this evening.
I have my MM3 installed but have not reprogrammed the ECM yet since I had ordered it with increased trans pressure.
Now I'm wondering if I need to find someone with the scan tool first.

Quick learn gets cvi’s to a starting point the drive learn gets cvi’s to the exact range.
Absolutely do a quick learn.

Just talked with Revmax and the guy told me that the quick learn is needed.... well that throws a wrench in my plans. Also, I shot an email to Ray and he recommended driving a while with the new valve body installed before I program ECM.
Chrisn, I see that you are local. Is there anywhere I can rent a scanner to do this?
