Yeah, I'm seeing that basically from what I can tell, it's a wicked wheel 2, so my next question would be, what's the torque on the compressor wheel nut?
I've looked and looked all down the rabbit hole, and it seems to be all over.
Unless the shaft is upgraded, which I'd doubt unless?
Spoologic?
Advertises that it is run the oem manufacturers recommendation.
You said he 351, which is a holset, right?
If so, run the same torque spec from the factory posted by holset.
Torque values are based on the ductile and strength of the metals, diameter, and thread count of the bolt or shaft.
Unless I'm mistaken, that's the oem turbo but upgraded with an oem shaft.

Here's what I found on this website https://www.dieselpowerproducts.com/...-45-18-cummins if it helps any.
Holset turbos use two different style nuts holding the wheel on.
- If it is a 6 point nut, tighten to 133 in/lbs.
- If it is a 12 point nut, tighten to 124 in/lbs.
It is a left-hand thread (reverse thread), meaning you turn the nut to the right to loosen.

Yes, that helps alot.
I just received my 63mm compressor upgrade kit from Spoologic.
I'm hoping it works well with the 67mm setup im building.
Fingers crossed, and input welcome.
