Which Injectors For 2nd Gen 467?

I've recently decided I want to try something different.

So I am scraping the Pusher compounds for a 2nd Gen swap, and now that it's going to be a single turbo, I figured the bottom end would be able to handle some more fueling.

I'm thinking about doing something between the 30-50% range.

Does anyone have any experience with a 467 2nd Gen in this fuel range?

    How's the drivability/reliability?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

I’m on stock fuel right now.

I'm going with the 30-50% injectors next.

    I like the S467.

It is somewhat laggy, but it’s not that bad.

Ready for the fuel upgrades once I recover from my shoulder surgery.

I would highly recommend the 2nd Gen swap with that turbo.

I think I have like 10k on it now.

    Depends on your power goal.

The 467 is popular for stock fuel all the way up to the 800+ range.

I recommend going with a larger injector and allowing your tuner to dial them back as needed.

Depending on your overall power goal, you will want to size your lift pump and CP3 accordingly as well.

I'm currently running a fleece powerflo lift pump, but the CP3 is stock.

I also went ahead and bought new valve springs with retainers, pushrods, and new trunions since I'm going to be in there I'm considering just doing the injectors.

Going with 50% overs do you think I should upgrade the CP3 to a 10mm?

Would I still have the same reliability as I do with stock fueling?

This is my daily vehicle so I just to make sure I keep it in the happy zone.

    Thanks again for your input.

That setup would be good for 700hp (not pushing it) so I would say that's a pretty happy place to be as long as your trans is ready for it.

    Trans is built and ready.

You think the stock CP3 can push the bigger sticks?

I think it might have some trouble but I’m not that familiar with diesels.

I’m going to do injectors and CP3 at the same time.

Stock CP3 pump will get you to the 600hp range.

10mm pump will complete the system nicely.
