I'm finally getting time to do my 2nd Gen swap (WCFAB) and pulled the trigger on the tunes!
Is there anything that might be a hiccup installing these kits, or is it just straightforward?

It should be straightforward.
The exhaust bolts I would swap to ARP exhaust studs.
It will help align the gaskets as well with aesthetics.
Taking the passenger side fender well will help you out during disassembly.
Post pics when you're done!
Did you also get injectors to help spool up on the new turbo?
II 60HP STICKS, II 33% CP3, II S464 2ND GEN SWAP, FASS 165 TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES, AFE INTAKE HORN, S&B FILTER, 5" TURBO BACK, ALPHAREX HEAD LIGHTS, 38X13.5X20 RAZOR M/T, MOTO METAL RIMS, 6" LA LIFT KIT, COMPLET MM3 KIT, BUILT TRANSMISSION, 6 BOLT REDHEAD STEERING BOX, YUKON 4.56 GEARS W/ COVERS
I will be running stock injectors for now, but that is the next thing I will do to my truck.
I finally got tunes, I went with DRD because of all the great reviews, and I will be doing all the upgrades on Friday and taking pics.
I know it will take a while, and I'm excited to take my time and see how it ends up aesthetically and mechanically!
It’s pretty straightforward.
Takes longer getting all the old stuff off.
As long as you aren’t in a time crunch, it’s not bad at all.

I did this to my 18 about three months ago and couldn't be more pleased.
The only issue I had was lining up my 5" turbo back to the downpipe provided in the kit.
When I finally got it on, it would hit the frame, turning left.
I ended up going with a 4" one-piece down pipe from Full Send Diesel, then added a 4-5" reducer with some stainless steel flexible exhaust tubing to pair it to the rest of the exhaust.
