    The Best 68RFE Valve Body - 2020 6.7L Cummins

I am researching my best option to do a valve body on my 2020 RAM 2500 68RFE.

It just turned it 40k miles on the truck; it seems the smart thing to do.

Checking to see who has done what and the results.

Hey, Collin, thanks for the response on DNJ.

After talking to the guys at DNJ, I ordered the parts to rebuild my valve body.

Honestly, they had more knowledge on the changes to the 2019 and up trans than anyone I had talked to.

You do not want to do a tune on my trans unless you know what you are doing, and it is just not necessary.

    I’m a fan of them.

Down to earth and easy to talk to.

    Yes.

As I have the revmax with deep pan and thermal bypass.

With Rays tuning, I can confirm revmax is very good/DRD is a good combo.

No other company, maybe except for Randy’s Transmission, has the research, data, and R&D for a good solid billet valve body.

I would go with Revmax personally

They have a great reputation, research and development, as well with backing their product with the warranty, customer service, American made to take abuse, and a big company to take on the workload of their cliental.

Not saying other companies aren't great at what they do but, it's my own point of view.

If you put an upgraded valve body in, is a retune needed?

    If you have Trans tunes?

    I moved behind closed doors.

Yes, I believe you will need a retune.

Let’s ask @DRD to be sure.
