The hood cable grommet is the perfect spot to route the wire into the cab.

37s are on.
The suspension is still yet to be installed.
I like the look of the stock height suspension.
I'm only raising the front a half inch to start, so it won't change much.
Congrats & keep all the updates/mods coming!

Today I installed some of the Thuren goodies.
Boogie bumps are much bigger and softer than stock bump stops.
0.5" lift front springs.
These are easy to install, and I expected to have to work for them.
Track bar.
Bilstein front shocks (to hold me over while the custom Kings get built).
An interesting observation is that while the spring/shock combo only lifts it half an inch, the down-travel increases.
I should have measured, but I bet it droops 5" more than in stock form.
That should be great for articulation.
The wheel travel is the same for all the standard Thuren options; it's just a question of how much is up vs. down.
Still to go are the Thuren sway bar and Synergy steering brace.
I ran out of time and energy today.
Those will probably be next weekend.
The suspension is done until the Kings show up.
I installed the Thuren sway bar and Synergy Steering brace today.
They seem like great parts and fit well.
Installing both is a juggling act, and it could be tricky to do solo.
I discovered that ski straps around the sway bar mounts and steering brace mount hold it all together nicely and made it easy to get it positioned and the bolts started.
The little holes in the ski strap slip right over the Thuren zerk fittings and keep the strap from slipping.
Over the last few days, I got the 4.10 gears, a front ARB air locker, and an onboard ARB Twin compressor installed.
The gears are a game changer compared to the 3.42s.
It drives like a 3.73 truck on stock tires. Still very relaxed with low rpm at cruise in 6th but not lugging, and 5th feels like it'll be perfect for pulling.
The gears aren't broken in yet, so I have not towed with it yet.
I used AAM gears, and there was no noise.
I am pleased so far!
Next, I need to reinstall the wheel well liners and some bushwhacker fender flares I picked up.
Today I installed an Ultrswing Mega fit tire carrier and a Softopper.
Pictures to follow!

Looks excellent, bud!
Do you have bed lights as well?
It looks like the beginning of an Overlander build, which I love.
