2017 RAM Mega Cab Cummins 6.7L - Fuel Mileage?

I have my setting at 120 HP.

Is this the best setting for a 2017 RAM Mega Cab one-ton 4x4 drw with 410 gear set, 21,000 miles?

Full delete, head studs, 50 gallons in the bed fuel tank, tires that came stock when new with a bed cap.

90HP seems to be the best for fuel mileage.
