I just put one of these on my '19 RAM 3500 HO.

The installation was pretty straightforward and only took an hour or so.
The build quality is excellent.
The only problem I had was one of the bolts galled in the crossmember frame when I did the test fit.
I was able to back it out without damaging the threads.
I did have to get a new bolt.
I recommend chasing all the threads with a tap in case any powder coating gets inside.
Also, take it easy on the revenues.
I over-torqued one and had to drill it out. Fortunately, I had 1/4-20 rivnuts on hand.
It looks good, and I was able to get rid of the black plastic cowling under the front bumper. It can be used as a jack point as well, which is nice to have.
