How Do You Check Blow By With Oil Bypass?

How do you check Blowby if the owner has the Amsoil oil bypass in place?

I would recommend plugging off the oil supply line where it connects to the top of the engine oil filter.

Then plug off the return line at the oil filler cap or use the stock cap if available.
