2013 RAM Radio Issues?

I have a 2013 RAM 2500 Big Horn, and the radio has been having issues lately.

Sometimes, it works perfectly; other times, it will take a while to boot up and look for an update via USB port, then give me an error start-on-up message: see dealer.

It does have one error code, but I don’t know if it’s related to U11B9.

Yes, your trouble code is related to lost communication with the RF Hub.
