First Diesel

I picked up a '17 RAM 2500 Laramie CCSB the other week.

It is my first diesel for me, planning to make this my ultimate daily/tow rig for my cars.

The truck came with the following mods:

• 5" Turboback
• Tune w/ CSP5 (not hooked up, unsure of who tuned. Sticker around the switch has a small GDP logo on the bottom, but not sure if that is still the case.)
• EGR turned off
• Unknown 6" Lift
• Aftermarket Steel Bumpers
• 20" wheels

So far, I have done the following since purchasing:

• New Toyo Open Country CT's (35x12.5x20)
• Alignment from a local shop that only deals with HD and lifted trucks
• Replaced cracked tail lights

I have bought the following and am waiting for the parts to finish coming in before starting:

• Full Service - Filters and Fluids (Oil, Fuel, Trans, Diff)
• 68RFE Deep Pan, Steel filter insert, zero cavitation filter, and thermal bypass
• CTS3 w/ EGT

Spent most of my life in and out of the drag racing scene.

I look forward to learning more and getting to know the diesel community better.
