My AC is blowing harder out the floor than out my vents.

Hello, When you have Air flow concern first is to inspect the Blower Intake, Wheel or face of evaporator. Restrictions (Dirt Material Fibers) in these areas will cause reduction in TOTAL Air flow.

Second is How the Hvac Case is designed on Directions of AIR flow out vents.

When Hvac case plenum splits the Air flow out Top or Bottom the lower floor vents are smaller so air flow may seem faster then Vents Due to Total vent across dash Usually 4 or more.

I would Just use panel vents and see if less over time meaning total air flow is reduced.

Temperature blend doors control air flow across Heater core and split this air flow to control Cold & Hot and BLEND these together.

When the Temp blend is splitting the air flow to divert across heater core then will feel reduced air due to Heater core Fin restriction's.

If your not concerned of VENT temp meaning it's cold then Temp blend I would suspect not fault.

Anytime you Use Panel & Floor your splitting the total air flow in the plenum portion of the case/

In experience's Lady's Mostly use this setting for air flow on their feet is preferred.

Unless you can verify Foam Large Tape fell off door and blocking some of the panel area I would say normal as designed.
