Can't Find Rear Stabalizer Arm Bushings?

Hello, I got a nasty squeak from my rear stabilizer bushing on my 2018 RAM 2500, so I decided to replace both.

68160338AA is the part number for the OEM one.

I don't like putting stock junk back on the truck and am having problems finding a product marketed for this.

No parts stores around me can even look this bushing up.

Is the only choice really to run a stock bushing?

Has anyone else run into this issue?

    Thanks.

    Thank you for the tag!

To my knowledge, im not sure if there are any aftermarket ones available.

I don't think I have had one squeak as of yet nor have heard of any complaints of this just yet so there might not be anything out there as of yet until it starts to become a bigger problem.
