    Spare Key Fob?

Does anyone have an affordable source for quality replacement key fobs for Gen 5?

The dealer wants way too much, and I want a fob that is actually going to work.

Amazon has a ton at various prices, but the reviews are all over the place.

Depending on how much your dealership wants to program a replacement key fob, you may want to invest in one of these.

My dealership wanted almost $300 to program one remote.

The Autel remotes are good quality and cost $20 each.

I purchased a new fob from Mopar Auto Parts Direct for $64 in 2020.

I programmed it with Jscan, bought the Fob with a remote start, and enabled the remote start on my tradesman with AlfaOBD.

It would help if you add a security bypass cable to do any programming on these trucks; I got mine from Kaodtech, which cost $55, but now I have access to all the features, reset TPMS, and am going to add auto climate control, and who knows what else.

I bought the same fob (no name, not OEM) on eBay for $45, but the buttons are so easy to press after I programmed it; I set off the panic alarm twice in 10 minutes with the fob in my pocket.
