So I got a kit for my 22 RAM.
Following the directions the RaceME Ultra gave me, the operation failed.
I can't exit to start the process of swapping the ecm.

We're sorry you got the RaceME Ultra; their tunes are garbage.
Have you got any errors?

There is no error, but it keeps timing out.
It tries to update constantly, and when I hit exit.
It simply spins.
I would have gone with another tuner had I known this, but this came with the kit.
There is a process with the 22-24 RAMS, and everyone we have seen with the RaceME is a wreck.Originally Posted by Fire29

Already did.
I sent a few back and forth, but nothing regarding troubleshooting.
As we said, there is a process, and we have never seen one work correctly with the RaceME Ultra for the 22-24 trucks.
Their support is very weak.
If we had an error, we might be able to guide you, but without an error code, that is hard to help.

Finally got passed one hurdle and off to another got an error code 14075 unable to read ECMs BL data.

He should be able to track a possibility of an issue with the error message.

*Update* Ok, so did some Google searching and disconnected batteries for 30.
Put an ice pack on the tuner (hot where I am), and finally, everything loaded.
Got it deleted and tuned.
Was a hell of a day, LOL.
