    Level It Or Leave It?

So I just got 35x12.5R20s mounted on my existing rims 20x9 +12 offset, I believe.

I got an RC leveling kit, but with zip tying the fender liners back, I get no rubbing 95% of the time.

It drives really nicely, so I am hesitant, but a level would look really nice.

    Thoughts?

I had RC leveling on mine with 35x12.50 18 on my 2016 RAM 3500.

It looks good leveled but rode like crap.

If you go this route, ensure you get the shock extenders if you are on stock shocks, or your shocks will be over-extended.

I still had a fender rub when I turned to the left until the tires gradually wore down.

    Nice rig, by the way.

Yea, the kit has the shock extenders, but it's is it worth taking the chance of the ride going to crap.

I mean, it doesn't rub now and drives excellently, so I probably should return the leveling kit, but after a while of looking at it, the level would be appealing.

    You know how that goes.

And thanks, she's chugging along @220k.

Rough Country is called that for a reason, its a $h!t lift.

In every world, if you want to level the truck, look at Thuren coils and proper length shocks.

You'll be amazed at the difference.

Leave it alone if using spacers.

Level it with thuren or Carli springs and shocks.

With leveling, include a drag link and consider getting a 19+ version, as yours may be welded.

For reference, I have the same truck as you except for gray.

Wheels are +18mm and 285x75x18 tire or ~35’s, Thuren springs, Fox discs, rear airbags, and sway bar.

The unloaded ride is firm and mainly driven by tire pressure.

Loaded with a hard shell truck camper, all gear is just under 12k, and the ride is comfortable at 75psi in tires, 65 in the bags, one click up on high speed, and four up on low speed on the shocks.

So I've been driving it and have zero rubbing, so it stays as is for now.

    I don’t think I’d do a level without airbags.

Towing around 10k, it sits level, so I’m guessing it would be squatting with a front-level.

    Yes, sir.

Yours is a 2500, so airbags would definitely help.

My truck is a 3500, and I saw a squat towing of over 10k.

Now I have towed over 17k, and she did squat some, but 10-13k is what range I mostly tow at.
