I just bought a 2022 RAM 3500 SRW.

Even though this is my first diesel truck, I want everyone's input on two things.

Since it still has the warranty, it will be a while before I do anything to the truck.

So, I am looking at a good monitor (looking at the CTS3).

What is a good scanning tool?

I have been looking/doing some research online, but I would like people's opinions on who uses different monitors and scan tools.

My next purchase will be a 5th-wheel toy hauler.

You can use AlfaOBD on your Android phone, tablet, or laptop if you want to read codes and change the features.

I recently discovered JScan, which is also very good for these trucks.

I am pretty sure you will need a security bypass cable for your 2022.

These options are way less expensive than a full-blown scanner, but I am unsure what you want to accomplish.

Thanks, yeah, I need the 12+8 cable.

It sucks that I am going to have to remove the cluster to access it.

Without YouTube, I wouldn't have realized what a pain a 2022 is, LOL.

Yeah, I am tossing between Autel and Launch.

I dont know alot of people who have used Launch.
