Scan Tool For Tuned Truck?

I am looking for a scan tool compatible with DRD tuning.

I have tried multiple searches and can't find any post that says one will work.

I have tried Alfa OBD with the wired obd link EX cable, and it will not connect to the truck.

I have a blue driver, and it will not connect.

I am plugging directly into the truck's OBD port and not a splitter.

I was looking at Auto Enginuity, Autel Maxi Pro, or Lauch 431.

I'm assuming that the price range I need to be to communicate with the truck.

I think my link cable is wrong.

I ordered the obd link and a cheap Samsung tablet.

I’m hoping that it will connect when they come in.
