MM3 Tuner - Screen Won’t Come On?

Howdy everyone.

I’ve had my tuner for about four yearstrouble-freee.

It has been trouble-free for the entire time.

I had one previous incident where I started my vehicle, and the screen did not come on, but when I restarted my vehicle, it must have reset and come back on with no issues.

Unfortunately, today, on about my third start up, the tuner screen did not come on, and the indicator light on the right-hand side is flashing red red green red red.

I don’t know what that would indicate, so I’m reaching out for some Intel.

Please advise.

Try disconnecting the OBD port and plug it back in.

Also, check the voltage on both batteries.

This happens to me when it's very hot outside.

If I unplug the device from the obd port and plug it back in, it turns right back on.

The same thing happens to me.

It only happens when the truck sits outside in the sun.

The same thing happened to mine recently.

My fix was unplugging the OBD connector and plugging it back a few times, but I haven't done it since.

I was told these things are very sensitive to battery voltage.

I had this issue when one or both batteries started to go bad.

I'd recommend, as above checking one then the other.

If one is going bad, replace both.
