Hi friends, I ordered a tunnel RAM intake plate and an intake horn from Crazy Carls, and the fitment has been a nightmare.
It interferes with the #3 injector line, and when I tried to bend the line out of the way it cracked.
Since I had already messed up my injector line, I tried bolting the horn and grid delete spacer on, and it hit the hood when trying to close it because it is about 2 inches too high.
There were no disclaimers when ordering these parts on their website, and I figured they would be a direct fit, but they are far from it.
Can factory Cummins fuel lines even be bent since I've heard that the p-pump lines are hardened like the common rail lines?
I'm just looking for input from anyone who has purchased these parts and if they've encountered this issue before.
I know 12 valves aren't discussed much on this forum anymore, but any help or advice would be appreciated.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
