Calibrated Power Stealth Turbo Issues?

I have what Calibrated Power is now calling their Stealth 64 Mach 1.

I also have DRD’s full suite on a RaceME Ultra.

Lastly, I removed the EBP (2015 doesn’t use it).

I am running into an intermittent issue in level 2 and higher wherein the turbo goes into FULL exhaust brake as boost builds past 37psi.

As you can imagine, power nose dives, and EGTs soar!

Running the truck idle for 30 seconds resolves the immediate issue (exhaust brake disengages), and the turbo will respond normally.

When this happens, there are NOT any codes or alarms.

I tried contacting Calibrated Power for help; they immediately blamed the tune.

Given the current situation, I can’t get help with the tune.

I spoke with CCS in Canada.

He advised reinstalling the EBP (it seems to be a safety device, and his tunes use it) and getting an entirely new suite of tunes.

Has anyone else run into this?

I, too, have the DRD full suite of tunes and am having Turbo issues.

My turbo issues didn't show up until I had to reinstall a new RaceME tuner.

Using just the box tunes didn't fix it either.

I get it, but I hate the lack of support from Ray.

You should use a 2018 stock file for the 2015 trucks, as they had that issue from RaceME box tunes.

You need custom tuning to fix that, friends.

I would Assume "Full Suite" would be a custom tune.

I know mine was $650 worth of goodness.

I have never run box tunes.

How does one obtain a stock 2018 ECM file?
