Getrag 360 Input Shaft Noise?

My G360 in the 1993 W250 was making a knocking grinding sound in neutral with the clutch out at idle.

If you increase RPM 150 - 200, the noise goes away.

I pulled the transmission and could hear a noise when the input shaft was turned back and forth.

There is one gear that seems to be looser than the rest; you can see it in this video:

I'm not sure if this is my problem or if this is normal.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Also, my pilot bushing was shot, so that may be the culprit.

I'm trying to decide if I need to rebuild this transmission or if it is still good.

The only complaint is that it sometimes is hard to get into 2nd gear if I coast to a stop within neutral and the clutch out.

Maybe synchro's are worn out?

This is a remanufactured unit, and the clutch has 1/4/2012 printed on it, so it is at least 12 years old and not original to the truck.

The truck has 247k on it.

I don't know how many miles are on this transmission.

Clutch pads look pretty thin, and you can see the brass shavings from the pilot bushing

I am considering getting a South Bend clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel, @DDP can you help with a 13125-OK?
