Can We Delete Our Diesel Truck Legally Now?

So here is the million dollar question, can we now come out from the dark caves in the public and delete our truck?

I talked to IGC, and they said I can open this thread for the public to see.

    Let's talk about it, guys!

    Legally NO!

Hopefully the laws will be changed with future legislation.

I'm hopeful, but when every fourth truck that goes by makes black smoke and is super loud, I think states ruled by Karens will step in.

Then I'll be back where I may or may not have been a year ago with a T&D older truck, mufflers, trying to find a mechanic for my annual state "safety inspection" that "doesn't know what he's looking at."

Stelanis RAM has already stated they will be removing emissions devices.

    This was 2 days ago.

If states want to push back, they will be going against the federal government.

    Give it time.

I believe we will see manufacturers making diesels without emissions devices, in my opinion.

I, for one, do not really care anymore when the same laws apply to everybody equally, I may start.

That is the only so-called “equity” we need in this country. Ignorant kids better not spoil the gains we are starting to see.

Sorry, guys, it has been a rough couple of days.

Where did you find this info?

I’d like to read up on it, but I can’t find it anywhere.

    Thanks!
