Water in fuel light/no power please help!

2006 Ram 2500 efi live, intake, intake horn, 5" exhaust, Revmax transmission.

So I was just driving to a buddies house and my truck started chugging like it was gelling up and the check engine light came on shortly followed by the water in fuel light. I shut the truck off and drained the fuel filter housing. Nothing has changed truck will start and run but I have to be full throttle just to move the thing. We plugged in the scan tool and found the codes P0237,P0652, P2266, P2127, and P0193. We cleared the codes and they came back on instantly. Truck sounds like a 6.0 powerstroke when running it is awful. Anyone have any suggestions?

Filled up yesterday at the fuel dealer in town. Reputable place. If their fuel was having problems I'd hear about it. I'm thinking it's electrical. Tps has low voltage fuel rail sensor has low voltage, turbo boost sensor has low voltage. All these sensors are apparently on the same 5v system? Idk limped it to a local shop in town. Hopefully they use lube when they bend me over

I would start with the simple stuff. Check that your voltage is not low. Could be a bad battery or two, alternator not charging correctly or bad grounds possibly. It sounds like an electrical problem though.

Batteries are new and battery gauge reads 14 volts. I'm convinced it's electrical also. But now it's beyond my resources (no garage or enough tools etc...) at the electrical shop now. Hopefully they find the fault sooner than later

I just caught this. Sorry it took me a minute. Sounds like it's already being looked at. But for others and the possible next time, pull the plug to the sensor. Most of these are simple 2 pin connectors. Light should go out. If not use a jumper across the pins on wire side. If light still doesn't go out then the problem is from the connector to the ecm. Most likely either the pins in the connector itself or pinched/ broken wire. If light does go out when unplugged visually check plug just in case dirty or crooked pins but chances are sensor is either faulty, or spring inside filter housing shifted and is contacting and shorting the sensor causing the wif.
Now that's all just for a simple wif that won't turn off. Your other codes tell me something a bit more major has gone wacky. With a programmer on the truck first thing I would have done is return to stock, check to see operation, then reflash, see if something as simple as that clears it up. If not my bet is a control module decided not to play nice. The 06 is a canbus, there's way too much going on for it to be simple anymore LOL
