CCV Filter change on deleted 6.7 cummins

I know at 67,500 miles a message will come on saying to see dealer to get the EGR cleaned and replace the CCV filter. I plan on changing the CCV filter myself but how do you get rid of the message when you don't need to see the dealer for servicing the EGR because you deleted it? I have the RaceMe Ultra. My dealership knows I am deleted but don't really want to have to take it to them to clear the message when I'm programmed. They sold me the CCV filter and it'll be changed on days off. I'm at 65,000 miles now and will be close to the 67,500 when I go home from ND to Utah soon. Thanks!

Don't start the truck just put the key on the on position. Then the sequence is brake, brake, gas, gas key off. I just did mine the message popped up at 67,253. It was on my way home to ND LOL. It came on early because my CCV filter was full and spitting oil into my turbo.

No message, just close is all.

    Thanks I really appreciate it!

Glacier Dieasel makes a filter that uses the stock CCV but enables a cool little filter to vent to atmosphere instead of to the turbo. I just ordered one.

I ran a hose to the ground... keep that gunk out of the intercooler!

I gutted my filter and ran a heater hose down to the frame. I am not so sure the crankcase gets enough flow without the suction of the turbo with a filter in place. I know running Rotella you get a terrible whiff of oil lots of times with it vented to the atmosphere. I have never seen any residue out of the tube in about 30,000 miles. So, I ended up routing my hose to inside the passenger fender behind the battery, while the truck is running I guess it sucks enough of the smell back into the air filter that I don't ever smell it anymore. The air filter is always clean, no leakage, vented crankcase and happy turbo.

I have the "Perform Service" message now. But with the truck in the (Run) position I did brake, brake, gas, gas, and then off. The message goes away but then comes right back in my messages. Anyone know something else or what I did wrong?

I kept trying it and finally the message cleared!

I vented my crankcase through the Glacier Dieasel kit and it looked awesome but I kept getting a check engine light on when I drove my truck a good distance. It said crank case ventilation disconnected and crank case pressure too high. So under advice from Ray I ran a new hose from the crank case back down to the intake and my truck has been code free ever since. Ray said it needs the intake to help pull the pressure out and if not you will get too high of crank case psi and that is bad for seals. Plus if oil ever does make it to the turbo it won't hurt it.
