    New PACbrake upgrade

Anyone on here running that new PacBrake that actually goes on the head? They say it works in conjunction with the VGT exhaust rake and basically doubles the braking power. I'm getting ready to replace my 2008 4500 with a new one and plan on full deletes and possibly the PacBrake upgrade. I pull a 33ft Big Tex with a Cat D5K2 dozer that weighs in around 21,000lbs so I need all the braking power I can come up with.

Keep in mind the PAC brake can't be used with 625 studs... does work with 425's however.

Absolutely correct! Only to be used with 425's. Excellent point!

What dose the pack brake do to increase exhaust braking? Can you run it without the VGT? Thanks for the help
