2018 RAM 2500 - No Early Throttle Response?

I bought a 2018 a few months ago and have had issues with the throttle ever since.

I threw the throttle % monitor on my MM3, and I had no throttle response until I got over 13% on the throttle.

It’s the same regardless of whether I’m taking off from a stop, slightly rolling, or letting off on the interstate and getting on it again.

I tried a pedal commander, and it made no difference.

    Any help?

If no codes are set, I would think it might be the TPS "throttle position sensor."

Have you scanned the truck for any codes?

    @AK Bob

Do you happen to have a PDF on the sensor for diagnosing?

Before replacing the accelerator pedal, follow the fault code diagnostic procedures in the service manual.

Make sure to check the wiring and connectors.

P2122 and P2127 will be set if the accelerator pedal connector is disconnected during diagnosis.

Make sure codes are active before replacing the pedal.

A two-footed driver usually causes DTC P2299, and the accelerator pedal should not be replaced for this fault.

I disconnected my pedal commander to remove any other possibilities, and the issue remains.

Good connections, but still no codes.

It sounds like a dead spot on the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (APPS) but strange no codes are being set.

I have attached all the information for all the APPS trouble codes.

    Thank you.

I have access to a known good APPS, so I’ll swap it after work to see if that’s the issue.
